About
A free game, born in training rooms
The AI In-Basket is free and adaptable. It belongs to the people who use it.
The author
Sébastien Bélisle has led the Carrefour jeunesse-emploi d’Abitibi-Ouest, an employment services organization in Quebec, for 25 years, and has taught strategic leadership in the Executive MBA at Université du Québec en Abitibi-Témiscamingue for 12 years.
He co-founded KODRA Conseil, comments on AI news for Radio-Canada and writes the Humains Augmentés newsletter.
KODRA Conseil
KODRA Conseil helps organizations solve complex problems through collective intelligence and trains teams to use AI at work.
The AI In-Basket is offered freely. For a facilitated workshop or a training session, KODRA is here.
Where it comes from
The idea came while preparing AI workshops. Participants want to know what to do with AI in their own work, not in a demo.
The in-basket exercise, familiar to many managers, had the right shape: a pile of real tasks and decisions to make. What was left was adding AI as a colleague and turning an individual test into a team conversation.
